Heat the oven to about 190 degrees Celsius, and while you wait for it to get hot, prepare some parchment paper on a tray. Cut the jalapenos in half and rinse them with cold water to remove any remaining seeds. In one bowl, mix the cheddar cheese and soft cream cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Sit the mixture on each jalapeno and place a mini sausage on top of each one. Sit the dough on a table and separate it into 16 triangles. Roll each pepper on the dough and place it in the tray.

Put the tray in the oven and bake them for about 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown. After taking them out of the oven, let them sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
